Universal Medical Access

MedLifeSolutions is the exclusive provider of the MedLifeCard product line of Personal Record Systems used primarily by individual subscribers to store their medical records on a secure Internet site.  The formatting of the medical record media is absent patient content but provides standard Windows features to add, delete, and update file data in a universal style that would allow records from multiple caregivers to be transferred directly, either manually or electronically, into discrete folders for each subscriber.  

The MedLifeCard Universal Medical Record contains two general access compartments.  The first-used compartment is the depository where all the folders are initialized by the user/patient.   With the patient’s permission, caregivers are granted username and password access to either enter manual or digital information transferred from their files to the patient’s file at MedLifeCard through generally recognized ‘browse and store” features.  The second compartment is the emergency or read-only record.  A separate EMERGENCY username and password provides access to the complete record of user/patient entries, including on-line access to electronic records stored in the appropriate folders. The Emergency record access is contained on a card printed by the member for his/her use and kept in a wallet, purse or flash dive.  Content for Flash Drives is enabled by the member from his member home page.  The content will be identical to the Emergency record and will be linked to the MedLifeCard files when on-line.
